How we work

Evidence decides the work. You approve every change.

Every engagement runs through the same five stages, whether it ends as a single-page fix or a complete website. If a colleague pointed you here, this is the process they endorsed.

From a free audit to a site that keeps earning trust.

01

Audit

A person walks your website the way a nervous first-time client would, starting with what already works. Within three business days you get a short video naming the three things we would fix first, the evidence behind each one, and the first move we would recommend. It is free, and there is no sales call attached.

02

Evidence

If the direction feels useful, the next step is data. Search Console and analytics access through each platform's own sharing settings, granted under your account and revocable in one click. For a brand-new site there is no history to read, so the evidence is structured discovery: your practice facts, your voice, and the market you serve. The evidence decides the plan, and when it corrects our assumptions, we show you.

03

Plan

One scoped plan with a timeline and a fixed fee. Before any work begins you receive the full change plan: every page, every redirect, every profile edit, itemized for your approval. The plan may be a focused sprint, a set of pages, or a complete rebuild, whichever the evidence justifies.

04

Build

Copy, design, and development move together, and you approve every word before it ships. Strong pages keep their addresses. Changes are logged so they can be reversed. After implementation you receive the change log: what changed, where, and why.

05

Care

After launch, the site needs upkeep and the practice keeps changing. Care runs month to month with a quarterly review: what moved, what stalled, and our recommendation to continue, adjust, or stop. If the numbers say the program has done its job, we are the ones who tell you.

Four commitments that hold at every stage.

These are process promises, so we can put them in writing. We promise how the work runs: on paper, reversible, in your name, and honest about when to stop. Outcomes like rankings and inquiry counts depend on systems nobody controls, so we measure them instead of promising them.

01

Every change, on paper, twice

The change plan before implementation lists every page, redirect, and profile edit for your approval. The change log after implementation records what changed, where, and why.

02

We protect what already works

Current performance gets recorded before anything moves. Strong pages keep their addresses, and every meaningful change is logged so it can be reversed.

03

We tell you when to stop paying us

Ongoing care carries a standing quarterly recommendation: continue, adjust, or stop. A program that has done its job should say so.

04

Never send us a password

Access happens through each platform's own sharing settings, under your accounts. Your domain, website, content, and analytics stay in your name. No lock-in.

The plan decides the size. The evidence decides the plan.

  • Fix what exists. A focused conversion sprint or a defined copy project. The message, practical details, and inquiry path improve on the platform you already have.
  • Redesign. A rebuild that treats your existing traffic as an asset. The change plan becomes a full inventory: what is kept, merged, redirected, and retired, with a URL map and rankings baseline before anything is built.
  • A new website. When there is no site or no history worth carrying, discovery does the work analytics cannot: practice facts, voice, and market. The same plan, approval, and handover discipline applies from day one.

Redesigns get the most careful treatment, because the practices most burned by agencies are the ones who rebuilt and lost the Google traffic they already had. Protecting that traffic is stage one of any rebuild we plan.
